Completing tukutuku panels at UCL 18 February 2014

The last four tukutuku panels at UCL were completed on 18 February 2014. These panels are part of the group of 16 panels that were started at a workshop in May 2012,  under the guidence of James and Cathy Schuster. After several sessions at UCL, WHAT_architecture, and Hinemihi at Clanon Park, these panels are finished and ready to install when Hinemihi is restored.
Taffy the Labrador, was a popular member of the group and is our dog in the doge.
