Re-use would mean adapting this Grade 2 listed building and make her fit for certain activities whilst maintaining the main fabric of the building. These adaptations would  include all the proposals required for R1: repair and R2: Restoration but with the addition of new elements such as a new floor to accomodate sleeping, electricital services to provide heating and lighting.
